These terms apply to gate33game.com, a marketing website operated by TwelveTake Studios LLC. Using the site means accepting them. They do not cover the game itself, which does not exist yet, and they do not cover any storefront or platform the game might one day be sold through.
The Buy page describes editions and content that are planned. No price is being offered, no pre-order is being taken, and no payment is accepted anywhere on this site. Any edition, feature, platform, DLC or release window shown here may change, be delayed, or never ship.
There is no beta or playtest programme, and no way to sign up for one. If testing opens, it will be announced here. Treat any offer of Gate 33 beta access from another source as illegitimate.
Descriptions of mechanics, story, characters and content describe a game under development. Features shown may be prototypes, may be cut, and may not represent the finished product. Nothing on this site is a contractual commitment to deliver any particular feature.

Gate 33 is set in an invented 2057 in which an organisation called The Authority controls movement through checkpoints. Related websites present that fiction in-world, as though it were real. gate33checkpoint.com is one of them.
Those sites are entertainment. They are not government sites, they are not affiliated with any real government, agency or border authority, and the documents, notices and identifiers on them are props. Nothing on them is a real legal instruction and none of it should be acted on. The Verify Documents page on this site is part of the same fiction.
